Return & Refund Policy

Pet Treats (Food Items) Due to food safety standards, we're unable to accept returns or refunds on opened or consumed pet treats. All sales on opened treat products are final.

If your treats arrive unopened but damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at luckybustar88@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Apparel (Caps & Accessories) Unworn, unused apparel items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.
